✨Staying Balanced This Holiday Season✨ With the holidays upon us I wanted to give you all some advice as well as a fun, easy functional workout to get you in shape to safely lift and carry your holiday foods! When lifting something heavy from the oven it’s better to split your stance so you stay more balanced and take pressure off of your back. I did some squat lifts from the ground just to make it more challenging! Notice how my stance is wide and I get low to the ground to help me lift safely. Remember that breathing while lifting anything heavy is important! #fitness #balance #wellness #holiday #physicaltherapy
